What this is

Caffeine & Sleep is a free educational tool. The calculator estimates caffeine levels from the inputs you provide and population-average pharmacokinetics. It is not medical advice and can’t account for your full health profile.

Use at your own discretion

• Estimates are approximate. Don’t rely on them for medical, occupational or safety-critical decisions.
• Consult a clinician about caffeine if you’re pregnant, have a heart condition, or take medication that interacts with it.
• We provide the site “as is,” without warranties, and aren’t liable for decisions made using it.

The app

The iOS app is distributed through the App Store and is also governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), in addition to these terms.

Drink names and logos belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification only. Our guides and the Buzz Buddy character are ours — please don’t republish them without permission.
